How can I request a refund or how can I get the money back?

This is an important question that comes in everyone’s mind. Everyone wants to know can I get the money back?

Of course, we are making sure that you get the money back. We have been doing business for a long time with respect. We always keep this honor by satisfying the buyers. So you never think that you will not get your money back.

If you want to get back the money you pay, you must contact your project manager or request a refund to our customer support team. They will investigate your refund request and reply to you soon. If you get back the money according to your reasons, then they will definitely help you get the money back. Our money-back policy is available in four currencies. ( INR, USD, EUR, & GBP ).

Special note: 1. If you have purchased our product or service from any other Marketplace, then the Payment procedure and payment refund rule will be effective in accordance with the marketplace rules.

2. If you are buying a product or service from our agent then contact them about payment or refunds. we can not help you with payment issues. In that case, we receive the payment from our agents. so we do not know you, We only know about our agents. At this stage, you are not verifiable to us. So any kind of help you need to help the agent, we will not be able to assist you in any way.
